The next step for NABA is to encompass the community in which it belongs. My name is Shawn Manning. At NABA we want to offer an affordable baseball program in addition to the recreation season. Rec season's have been shortened to accommodate all the players. Our program does the same without the travel and occupying all of your weekends. Family time is important time. 

We want to lead by example and strive to foster an environment that builds young leaders. Establishing team concepts and the whole is greater than the parts mentality are what we're after. Utilizing the players strengths and developing their areas of need will only enhance the team atmosphere. We want to empower the individual for the betterment of the team.
